This project focused on reimagining an awkwardly positioned, above-ground pool that dominated the backyard and limited usability. By replacing it with a thoughtfully designed in-ground pool, we maximised the lawn area, creating an open and level space ideal for kids to play. This redesign also improved access to the existing granny flat, making it feel more inviting and seamlessly integrated with the backyard.

Upgrades to the existing deck included new decking, balustrades, and generously sized steps leading down to the lawn, fostering a welcoming connection between the house and the garden. To further enhance the outdoor living experience, we incorporated a built-in seating area around a fire pit, offering a cosy spot for the family to lounge in the sun and enjoy the garden year-round.
